On Tuesday 17 July parents, pupils, school staff and the project team gathered in the school’s new car park to celebrate the official opening of Haversham Village School’s new extension. Pupils entertained guests with songs, and presentations were made by Headteacher, Mrs Mears, to thank everyone for their hard work. Afterwards the ribbon was cut and guests were given the opportunity to tour the new building before refreshments were served in the school hall.

The works comprised of a new teaching facility at Haversham Village School in Milton Keynes, enabling the school to expand and take on pupils up to Year 6. The new traditional built building comprises of four classrooms, food tech room, science, D&T, two group rooms, staff room, small hall, and toilets.
